| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in New Mexico must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical New Mexico street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of New Mexico or an entity authorized to do business in New Mexico, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
